Dear Waldo Parent or Guardian,

As this school year ends, your child(ren) will be responsible for bringing their devices home for the summer. Please make sure the devices are kept in a safe place and are returned in working order for the 2023-2024 school year. As you know these devices are expected to last through sixth, seventh, and eighth grade.

As per district policy, the following fees will be assessed for damages:

Accidental (screen, keyboard, etc)

1st incident $25.00
2nd incident $50.00
3rd incident $75.00

Neglect or Vandalism (Discipline referral will be given)

1st incident $50.00
2nd incident $75.00
3rd incident $100.00

Charger Replacement (Lost or Broken)

$15.00 for each occurrence
