soccerCongratulations to the Waldo Boys Soccer team for winning the City of Lights Tournament. The Wildcats played the Jefferson Jayhawks in the finals and won by a score of 2 – 1. Goals in the final were scored by Isael Flores and Cristian Sanchez, with Alexander Martinez in goal.

The Wildcats finished their season with a 9 – 1 record, with their lone loss being vs. Cowherd during the regular season.

The Wildcat players for the season were: Alexander Martinez, Diego Gutierrez, Oscar Morales, Christian Lara, Isael Flores, Jovanni Perez, Daniel Varela, Fernando Garcia, Oscar Sandoval, Rigoberto Ochoa, Ricardo Nunez, Miguel Camacho, Ivan Morales, William Gomez, Cristian Sanchez, William Castro, Bryan Lopez, and Jesus Teran.

The Wildcats were coached by Raffe Benavides, Fran Olsen, and Ian Jones.

The Wildcats want to thank all of the fans, teachers, and parents for all of their support throughout the season.
