Congratulations to Waldo Middle School students Charitte Cocroft and Destinee Cocroft, who were recognized by the Board of Education at their August 20 meeting.
The two Wildcats from Waldo were recently awarded with the “Empowered Young Leader” award by the DuPage County NAACP for their academic performance, involvement in extracurricular activities, and overall leadership. The DuPage County NAACP honors students in DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will County schools who exhibited strong academic performance and involvement in extra-curricular activities.
Way to go, Charitte and Destinee!
